Abandon Milestones from Calendar

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The Milestones add functionality that supposedly add little value. They are hard to find and deploy, difficult to track and use.
Removing them would reduce functional noise and leaner code..

2 Technical Information

• De/Activation off Calendar Milestones will be removed from the global calendar settings.
• Existing "Milestone" calendar entries are preserved. The flag "is_milstone" and the "completion status" will be removed by a database update step.
• All related code, language variables and icons to the milestone feature will be removed from the codebase.

The interfaces of calendar plugin slots are not affected by the removal of milestones.
