Show Peer Feedback after Feedback Deadline

1 Initial Problem

There are lecturers who want their students to be able to see the peer feedback that they have received although these students do not have contributed feedback of their own for whatever reason.

Right now, this is not possible, and the effort of the peers who have produced the feedback was in vain.

2 Conceptual Summary

The settings for controlling the access to the peer feedback are to be extended.

Currently, the following options are available:

• After giving at least 1 valid feedback
• After giving all required feedbacks (default)

• We propose to extend this list by one more item at the top of the list:    (  )  No restriction - show peer peedback instantly

The new option ids supposed to work in the following way:

• Received peer feedback is supposed to be shown directly, if no peer feedback deadline has been set.
• If such a deadline has been set, the receive feedback will be shown directly  after the feedback deadline.
