Submissons and Grades - Show submitted on and graded on by default

1 Initial Problem

Yet another small thing.

The tables that list the people who submitted for an excercise unit or who list the submission of a single user have a very sparse default set of visible columns. Right now, the date of submission and the date of grading are NOT visible by default.

That makes is very difficult for tutors to see who has actually submitted somehting unless they change the set of shown coumns.

2 Conceptual Summary

The deafult set of columns of the participant table table the screens "Submissions and Grades" > "Assignment View" && "Participant View" should be extended to comprise "Submitted on" and "Graded on" by default since these are very basic and relevant pieces of information.
