Abandon LOM metadata editor

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The editing of LOM meta data sections has been implemented before ilProperty-forms were available. A migration to these form elements respectively to ui inputs is  not possible due their complex structure of subelements. Due to CSS-changes the old implementation is broken and cannot be fixed easily.

The "Quick edit section" is not part of this request and will be still supported.
