Evaluation for many Participants in Team-Assignments

1 Initial Problem

In "Submissions and Grades" there is the button "Evaluation for many Participants" for a Assignment.
This button is only available when the assignment ist for individuals. 
When the assignment is for teams, there is no possibility to get this funktion.

2 Conceptual Summary

This function should also be available in team assignments.
The teacher should be able to downoad and reimport a zip-file in team assignments as in individual assignments.
Every member of the team should get the feedback per email.

Here the screen how it should look like in "Submissions and Grades" in a team assignment:

Add the button "Evaluation for many Participants".
Same functionality as in "Submission and Grades" for individuals.
Download a ZIP-Structure
and upload a "Multi-Feedback File" for all teams
submit the team-feedback to all members of a team.

I think there are no problems.

No dependencies on other ILIAS components or necessary modifications in general services/architecture.
Also no potential security or performance issues.

No personal data will be needed to implement this feature.

Gorgas, Martin [gorgas], 21 NOV 2023: I support the feature request. In fact, our users, including us, were surprised that this functionality does not yet exist.
