This request is part of the project for a New Page Editor.

1 Initial Problem

Parts of the functions for section are considered expert features.
Not everyone needs the time-based activation and the permission handling of sections.

2 Conceptual Summary

The functions should remain available but not distract the novice from the essentials.
As we do not have a ready-made way of separating standard features from expert features at the moment, the reorganisation of the forms should make them easier to use.

3 User Interface Modifications

3.1 List of Affected Views

Insert or editing a section in ILIAS Page Editor

3.2 User Interface Details

The content of the form is reorganised to make it and its functional areas easier to grasp.

3.3 New User Interface Concepts

Nothing new. Use existing definition of forms.

3.4 Accessibility Implications

No special requirements in respect of accessibility are to be expected.

No technical issues.

5 Privacy

For current state of privacy, see the existing PRIVACY.md.

This feature does not implement any privacy related changes.

We do not see any changes for special security issues.
