Type ahead for User Notification

When creating a new appointment the field "User Notification" does not suggest users like in the tool bar of the member tab.

please have a look into the original instruction for the "Privacy" section and update the section here accordingly: "Please list all personal data that will need to be stored or processed to implement this feature. For each date give a short explanation why it is necessary to use that date."

What you have written down there is certainly correct, but the aim of the section is a little different: It should allow people that manage ILIAS installation to update their privacy information for users when they update to new releases. Hence we ask for the "all personal data that will need to be stored or processed" and the purpose or reason for the use of said data.
