More Options for Results Presentation in 360° Survey

In accordance with the University of Freiburg this article was replaced by New Survey Mode: Individual Feedback.

1 Initial Problem

Results 360° surveys depend on closing the survey and are averaged aggregated accros all raters. Appraisees cannot immediately see an individual set of answers.

2 Conceptual Summary

In the Survey the Results can be set to

  • Aggregated Feedback: Answer sets of all raters are aggregated and averaged. No specific set of answers can be traced to specific rater
  • Feedbacks from identifiable Raters: Individual answer set are provided. Raters are identified by name.
Therefore a feedback of each rater should be displayed as a separate appraisal in competencemanagement system.
Feedbacks/Answers of each rater should be displayed separately in the Result Tab of the survey by filtering a specific rater in the toolbar.

7 Discussion

Killing, Alexander [alex], 21. Jan 2021: The settings sounds feasible to me, but section 3.2 currently lacks the different versions of the results screens for the two modes. (Or I am missing something).
