More Options for Finishing 360° Surveys

In accordance with the University of Freiburg this article was replaced by New Survey Mode: Individual Feedback.

1 Initial Problem

Currently there is no option to configure a different way of finishing the 360° survey:

- the survey must be closed in order to see the results. It is not always obvious for appraisees.

- apraisees typically lack guidance in closing the survey. They do not understand why they should do it or they close it and thus prevent that all their raters provide a feedback.

2 Conceptual Summary

In the Settings-tab the "Finishing the survey"-section gets a new option for finishing the survey:

  • Manual Closing by Appraisee:  Only the Appraisee can close the survey for raters. This is current behavior.
  • Finish once Number of Raters is met: Survey will automatically be set to finished once the required number of raters had been reached. The number of required must be indicated.
  • Automatically Finish on End Date:  On the End Date specified in the survey the survey is automatically closed for all raters and results are displayed as configured.
