Mail: Use of placeholders in subject

1 Initial Problem

The placeholders can currently only be used in the Content field.

2 Conceptual Summary

It should be possible to use the same placeholders as in the content field also for the subject. For example, courses mails could always include the COURSE_TITLE in the subject.
