1 Initial Problem
The survey should be able to capture appraisal talks.
2 Conceptual Summary
The Survey Type "Appraisal Talks" is activated in the global administration in Organisational Units. The setting is mirrored in the global Administration > Survey.
"Appraisal Talk" becomes a Type of survey to be selected when creating it.
This allows for a rather simple Settings form.
3 User Interface Modifications
3.1 List of Affected Views
- Administration > Organisational Units > Positions
- Administration > Survey
- Create dialogue of surveys
- Settings-tab of survey
- Appraisee-tab of survey
- Results-tab of survey
3.2 User Interface Details
3.2.1 Create Dialogue
3.2.2 Settings-tab
3.2.3 Appraisee-tab
- The column "Raters Finished" is removed
- The column "Actions" is removed
- The option "Close Survey for Raters" is removed of the Multi-Action-Drop-Down above and below the table. This reduces it to a "Remove" button.
3.3 New User Interface Concepts
None.
