Audio question type in survey

1 Initial Problem

Currently a feedback can be provided only as a free text entry in a survey. However, this option is very time-consuming for modern users, who are used to record and send audio messages in everyday life, using e.g WhatsApp.

2 Conceptual Summary

We suggest to add a new audio question type to ILIAS- Survey Object to allow recording of audio messages and simplify the process of providing feedbacks.
A similar development has been already implemented and successfully tested as a PlugIn for ILIAS-Test Object. https://docu.ilias.de/goto_docu_frm_3474_4887.html
