Improve publishing options for personal profile

1 Initial Problem

Currently a user has three options in order to publish his personal profile: 

• Profile Disabled
• Visible for Logged in Users
• WWW / Accessible for all Users on the Interne

If a user sets his portfolio as a personal profile (if Create Portfolio from Template and for Global Roles approved) he needs more options for publishing his profile for different user groups.

2 Conceptual Summary

We suggest to add more options for publishing profile:

• visible for members of my groups
• visible for members of my course
• visible for single users
• visible for my contacts

By choosing one of this categories, it should be possible to select a specific group or contact in order to allow users more flexiblity  to choose of who should be able to access their personal Profile.
