Mail: Optionally use globally defined Reply-To email address
Page Overview
[Hide]1 Initial Problem
At the time being, the primary email address of users is used as 'Reply-To' for emails sent from a user to arbitrary recipients. If these recipients have a look at the source code of the received email in a SMTP client, the email address of the sender is disclosed.
2 Conceptual Summary
Therefore we suggest to add a new global option/checkbox. If this checkbox is enabled, the administrator has to define a static/global email address (similar to this used for the FROM header), which will be set for the 'Reply-To' header.
Caveat: The usage of the 'Reply To' action in an email client is not useful anymore.
