Member View observes Start Objects and Preconditions

1 Initial Problem

The "Member View" was implemented in 2009 for ILIAS 4.0. After the initial implementation it was never improved through a project. The "Member View" observes exclusively the Member Role and the Online-Offline-Status, however any Start Object or Preconditions. 
For over ten years all related bug reports were closed and reporters were pointed towards the Featurewiki.  

2 Conceptual Summary

1. The Member View actually observes an eventual Start Object and shows it and requires users working through it. 
2. The Member View actually observes an eventual Precondition and shows it and requires working through any preconditioned object.
