Streamline exporting and copying behavior with respect to online/offline-status

1 Initial Problem

When exported in a container different object types will should different behavior when it comes to online-offline status i.e if a group is exported which holds an online booking tool and an online mediacast and the imported the booking tool stays online while the mediacast is switched to offline. 

2 Conceptual Summary

The export of containers should behave exactly like copies of containers: 

• The topmost container is set offline after import, no matter what its status was upon export. 
• All objects held in the exported container stay online / offline as set. No change is made upon import.

Klees, Richard [rklees], 2020-05-11: I wonder, how this will influence the Learning Sequence, which we maintain at CaT Concepts and Training GmbH. Do you expect any impact on existing implementations of container exports? If so, please be so kind and ping us if and when you are going to implement this feature request to allow us to change our code accordingly. Thx!

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 11 MAY 2020 : We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule the feature for ILIAS 7. Stefan will provide the necessary information for maintainer so that all components with online/offline status can support this behaviour. Test cases have to be updated accordingly.
