Include Chat-Settings in Workflow for Personal Profiles

1 Initial Problem

The Visibility-tab in the Privacy Checklist in the Personal Profile does not include one major visibility aspect: Allowing On-Screen Chat Conversations. These are situated in the Settings. 
Here users run a risk of missing it. This should be mended. 

2 Conceptual Summary

The Chat-Settings are removed from their current location and are relocated to the Visibility-tab in Profile and Privacy. The settings become a part of the Privacy Checklist Workflow.

  • Metabar > Settings > Chat-Settings (removed)
  • Metabar > Profile and Privacy > Visibilty

5 Privacy Information

This features aims at improving the control users can exercise over their own visibility throughout ILIAS. The features makes it easier for users to understand their visibility-options in one central location.

This feature does not change functionality but merely moves it aorund. There does not seem to be any special security relevant change in this.
