Insert page Layout for Blogs

1 Initial Problem

Currently it is not possible to use page templates while writing a blog. This feature would be a great help for users to easily structure their blogs.

2 Conceptual Summary

We propose to add blog to the already existing modules in global administration, to allow users the usage of page templates in page editor.
