Submission formats

1 Initial Problem

The HTML Export is terrible to use for most teachers. They do not know they have to click on index.html.

We want the "Select Assignments" dropdown in Submission and Grade to include the type of assignment after the title in the fashion "Title: Type".

2 Conceptual Summary

• In Submissions and Grades for we want to offer the following submission formats we want to download the submissions PDFs.  Upon submission the PDF should be generated. 
• We want the HTML Export to be structured more user friendly.
