Self-Evaluation counts into profile

1 Initial Problem

Currently, self-evaluations do not count into competence profiles. That means there is no way to reach the intended goal via self-evaluation. There are cases, however, where this would be convenient. For example in a self-directed learning scenario in which the learner should be able to decide about his/her skills by him/herself.

2 Conceptual Summary

The idea is that there should be a new 0/1 button for profiles. 0 means self-evaluation does not count into profile, 1 means self-evaluation counts into profile.
