more possible object types for start objects in courses

1 Initial Problem

Only a few object types can be used Start Objects in Courses:

• Content Page
• Learning Module ILIAS
• Learning Module Scorm
• Test
• Survey

However some object types that would add value a) when starting a course or b) when completing a course in strict order.

2 Conceptual Summary

The following object types should become available as start objects: 

• File > ensures a specific file getting delivered to the target audience before they start working through the material
• Mediacast > ???
• Portfolio Template > ensures that all members actually creates a portfolio on which all further course work relies on  ('Learning Progress' has to be implemented as a prerequisite)
• Exercise > ??
