Compliance

1 Description

In big companies and organization, skills must often be trained and proved on a regular basis, e.g., once a year, in order remain fulfilling the requirements of one's job description.
Thus, employees and/or their superiors must be informed in time about courses that need to be taken, tests that need to be processed a.s.o.

4 Discussion

Jour Fixe, 22 Feb 2010: Norbert Bromberger gave an overview over the intended introduction of a compliance feature in ILIAS. He will add some more information to the wiki page and we continue the discussion in a later jour fixe.

A. Killing 31 Mar 2011: This feature depends on the organisational unit structure, see Integrated Reports for Superiors. This means it will not come with 4.2, hopefully it will be part of Release 4.3.

Florian Suittenpointner, 30 Mar 2013:
We move the subconcept of Introducing Organizational Units to a separate page.

Peter Pellemans, 10 Mar 2014:
Now that the concept of organizational units is implemented, is there any news on when the compliance feature will be available? I think it is a required feature in many commericial organizations.

Zenzen, Enrico [ezenzen], 03 AUG 2022: This request no longer fulfills the requirements of the Feature Wiki. In consultation with the maintainer I change the status of the feature request to "Redundant / outdated". If the request is still relevant, please update template and mockups.
