Separate Deactivate calendar option from Show calendar block option

1 Initial Problem

Currently, the option to display a course or group calendar in the side bar as a page block is coupled with the availability of a course or group calendar.

Consequence of this:
If the option "Calendar" is currently deactivated in the settings of a course or group, no course calendar is available.

This should be separated. It is possible that you would like to use a course or group calendar, but do not want it to be displayed as a page block in the course or group.

2 Conceptual Summary

The "Calendar" option should have two interdependent functions in the course and group settings:

1. Activate calendar
2. If yes, you can display or deactivate the side block.

If the calendar option is deactivated (1), no block is visible and no calendar is available for this course or group.

If the calendar block option is deactivated (2), a course or group calendar is available, but it is not visible via Course/Group > Content > Side block (calendar is accessible e.g. via Personal Workspace > Calendar or Calendar > Calendar Selection).

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 12 AUG 2019 : We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule the feature for groups and courses for ILIAS 6.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 14 SEP 2020: We still like this suggestion and re-schedule the feature for ILIAS 7. For the byline of the new checkbox we suggest to say: "Show calendar block inside the Content tab."
