Adaptation of the filter to the current Kitchen Sink Element

1 Initial Problem

The filters in the Selected Competences and Assigned Profiles tabs cannot be removed and are outdated.

The filters in both tabs are to be transferred to the new Kitchen Sink element.

The mockups originate from the overall plan and already represent Separation of Self-Evaluation and other Types of Formation, Introduction of a show more-function for competence entries, Hide profile selection if only one profile has been assigned and Transfer of competences into a reporting panel.

Killing, Alexander [alex], 24 July 2019: I support this idea. Currently we have date inputs, but not for filters yet, afaik. So we would need this extension of the UI framework.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 20 JAN 2020 : We highly appreciate this request and schedule the feature for ILIAS 7. Please introduce date inputs for filters to the KS to realise this request.
