Repository Plugins-ID/Type longer than 4 characters

1 Initial Problem

We propose the expand the plugin Typ/ID of repository plugins to more than currently 4 characters.

2 Conceptual Summary

4 characters with the x as first character is not enough for the actual amount of plugins.

For this the following changes are necessary:

• object_data.type char(4) -> varchar(20) - this is equal to il_plugin.plugin_id
