xAPI: limited Learning Record Store (LRS)

1 Initial Problem

Sometimes, extending existing data processing procedures is very time-consuming, so additional learning record stores can not be used immediately. An ILIAS-internal learning record store would be helpful, but with relational databases (as usual at ILIAS) it can only be realized with a limited amount of data. noSQL databases would be better, but this implies high initial efforts for ILIAS.

2 Conceptual Summary

The limited learning record store uses the feature xAPI: Statement Reducer to significantly reduce the amount of data to be stored. So even with MySQL it is possible to provide a Learning Record Store with sufficient performance in ILIAS.
