Rating Box for Learning Sequence Player

1 Initial Problem

The rating service can be used in many objects. CUrrently, there is no reserved space within the LSO player for the rating "widget".

The rating widget (5 Star rating) should be placed as a separate box beneath the workflow list of the LSO.
