Resend Calendar Invitation

1 Initial Problem

Provide an option for Calendar owners to "Resend" an invitation can be useful in some cases.

Users with shared calendars by other users can cancel the sharing and they will not see the calendars anymore.
Also, users can reject a calendar invitation. When one of these two actions are done, the owner of the calendar can not send another invitation for this calendar to the same user in the future. If he wants to do so, he needs to remove the invitation and create another one.
