Sharing Calendar Notifications

1 Initial Problem

Users can share calendars with others but the receivers do not have any kind of notification/mail.
If they don't visit "Personal Desktop - Calendar - Manage Calendars - Shared Calendars (Invitations)", they will never know that someone is trying to share a calendar with them.
Also the owner never knows if the users accepted or rejected the invitations.

2 Conceptual Summary

New notifications for these two scenarios:
- User gets a Calendar invitation.
- Calendar owner gets a notification when the user accepts or rejects the invitation.
