Improve Manage Sharing Calendar View - part.1

1 Initial Problem

Users can share calendars sending invitations to other users who can accept or reject these invitations.
At this point, the calendar owners do not know who is having access to these calendars because the sharing list never changes, showing all the invited users.

2 Conceptual Summary

Add an extra column with the current status of the sharing/invitation response. If the calendar is shared with a User Role instead of a single user, this column will contain the symbol “-“

- Personal Desktop/Calendar/Manage Calendars/ [select a calendar] / Share tab

- Click on a calendar in Right side calendar/events and go to the "Share" tab
