Maximum number of bookings per day

1 Initial Problem

In order to facilitate a fair use of booking objects/resources the number of time slots a user can book on a given day is often limited. ILIAS does not support this at the moment.

2 Conceptual Summary

A new configuration setting is introduced to schedules to limit the maximum number of time slots to be booked per user/day per object.
