Optional Configuration of Recurrent Bookings

1 Initial Problem

The feature to book a resource/booking object recurrently cannot be disabled. This allows users to book - or rather block - a resource for many time slots too easily.

2 Conceptual Summary

The recurrence of bookings becomes a setting of schedules and can be turned off. Default: ON.
