Back to Calendar from a Session

This feature request is a part of the Calendar Revision III.

1 Initial Problem

Session dates can be called from the calendar and the session can be accessed directly via "Open Session". The way back to the calendar overview is more difficult, because you have to return to the calendar via a main menu. You cannot go back to the calendar overview directly from the session.

2 Conceptual Summary

The aim is to simplify the following workflow:

1. Open calendar appointment
2. Add materials to session
3. Go back to calendar

In calendar there is already a kind of "double back-link" available depending on the context you want to move into. This is visible, for example, when you call up a course calendar via the "Calendar Selection". Here it is offered that you can go to the course or back to the previous page (Personal Desktop).

This would mean for the mentioned workflow:

1. You open the appointment (Modal opens).
2. You click on "Open Session" (you switch to the Session tab "Info").

• Here the link "Go to Group/Course Content" is visible on the far left and next to it a "Back to Calendar" link.

1. You switch to "Materials" and upload the desired materials (both links remain).
2. You click on "Back to Calendar" (you'll go back to the home page, here calendar).
