Adding comments to export file

1 Initial Problem

Commenting questions in question pools is a very useful feature to organize ideas and hints. Furthermore adding pedagogical suggestions will help teachers to use questions in an appropriate way. Unfortunately this information gets lost during creation of an export file.

2 Conceptual Summary

The question pool export file should also cover all question pool comments. If not necessary, those comments can be excluded from export.

Option 1: Using existing button "Create Export File" and always including comments to export file.

Option 2: Extending existing drop-down list and adding two options: QTI XML File with comments and Microsoft Excel File with comments

3.3 New User Interface Concepts

Option 1: There is no need for user interface changes if the export file will be created including all existing comments.

Option 2: Extending existing drop-down list and adding two options: QTI XML File with comments and Microsoft Excel File with comments
