Overview Item Statistic
Page Overview
[Hide]This FR is associated with the rework of the statistics functionality [[https://docu.ilias.de/goto_docu_wiki_wpage_3529_1357.html]]
1 Initial Problem
The basic statistical information that is currently provided within the test object does not give a good overview. The test authors cannot immediately get an résumé of the important key figures in order to make a consequent statement directly after the test and to increase the quality of the test in general.
2 Conceptual Summary
This concept is based on the great work of Fred Neumann.
The Interface allows the user in the to export the statistics in two types: Microsoft Excel, Comma Separated Value (CSV). The exported Data include the following values: Question ID, Question Title, Question Type, Compulsory, Assigned, Answered, Max. Points, Ø Points, Percent, Discrimination Index, Facility Index, Standard Deviation
A filtering option allows the user to filter for the following values:
- Question ID
- Question Title
- Question Type
- Facility Index
- Discrimination Index
An overview in table form presents the desired statistic (like in survey). The sortable default values are: ID, Title, Type, Answered, Ø Points, Percent, Discrimination Index, Facility Index
All desired values for the statistic can be added by the user, by clicking on columns an choosing from the following list:
- Question ID
- Question Title
- Question Type
- Compulsory
- Assigned
- Answered
- Max. Points
- Ø Points
- Percent
- Discrimination Index
- Facility Index
- Standard Deviation
The displayed overview is generated according to the user setting “Scoring Multiple Passes”

7 Discussion
Strassner, Denis [dstrassner], 18 JUN 2019: On behalf of SIG EA: We appreciate this suggestion.
Kunkel, Matthias [mkunkel], 24 JUN 2019 : I am not a native speaker but I guess the label should be "Percentage" instead of "Percent". And "Answered by" might be less mistakable than "Answered".
JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 15 JUL 2019 : We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule it for 6.0. Please consider Matthias' suggestions for changed labels.
8 Implementation
{The maintainer has to give a description of the final implementation and add screenshots if possible.}
