Study Programme: Mass-Operations with Members

1 Initial Problem

The features Study programme: Validity of qualification and Study Programme: Processing time introduce new settings for the Study Programme that are transfered to individual plans of members of the Study Programme in the moment the membership is gained. Reality shows, that all kinds of mistakes and changes happen that require changes in the individual plans of a bunch of users. The multi actions in the member list already contain several of actions for said changes, actions for the new features are missing.

2 Conceptual Summary

The multi actions in the members-list get new actions that allow to modify the deadlines and expiry-dates of the selected members. These actions are:

• Change Expiry
• Change Processing Time

When the action is fired, a model opens. The modal contains the same options as in the settings for these two features. The preselected values are the same as currently set in the Study Programme. Once the settings are saved, the individual plans of the members are updated as if the membership was just gained with the selected settings. The general settings of the Study Programme are not updated.

Changes of these dates have effect on selected participants only. The general settings concerning "validity" and processing" time will not change when entries are saved.
