Improve Manage Calender View

1 Initial Problem

The Manage Calendars View is not clearly structured. Users don't recognize which calendars are personal and with whom they shared them.

At first glance it can not be understood where the "other" Calendars came from.

2 Conceptual Summary

The additional columns "Owner" and "Shared with" are to be introduced.

• The "Owner" column displays the owner of the calendar for personal, shared calendars, and automatically created calendars, the object in which the calendar was generated.
• The "Shared with" column shows with how many users and roles the Calendar has been shared.
