Copyright, Artist, License and Alt-Texts for Media in Test Questions

1 Initial Problem

For Media that is added to questions has no caption, text representation ('alt') or Metadata like 'Authors' for naming the actual creator of the media  or 'Copyright' for picking a license or an option to name the holder of the reserved rights. 

For all intends and purposes these media exists in a legal vacuum. 

2 Conceptual Summary

• Media added to test questions needs an alt-text, that is sure.
• The media should be able to show Authors, license and copyright holders. Typically we would do so using Metadata. Then we could present this information underneath the media. 
• The media added to questions should be media objects as we know them and not what they are.
