Copyright, Artist and License for Media in Page Editor

1 Initial Problem

For Media that is added via 'Customize Page' users can add a caption and a text representation ('alt'). 
Users can provide Metadata:

• 'Authors' for naming the actual creator of the media 
• 'Copyright' they can pick a license but no holder of the reserved rights. 

However Metadata are not presented along with the media. This forces users that actually do want to comply with legistlation to either stuff this into the caption (which is ugly) or manually create some makeshift footnote at the end of the page. 

2 Conceptual Summary

• If and when The Metadata fields Authors an copyright are filled the data should be shown small and underneath the caption. 
• The Copyright licenses should be shown under neath the caption preferedly in their short form like (c) or CC-BY-SA and so forth 
• For the 'Copyright'-option 'All rights reserved' a text input should be offered to add the actual holder of the copyright. 
• There should be a content style class offered in Media for layouting this metadata.
