Interactive Video - Media Pool as video source

1 Initial Problem

A Media Pool is a container to organize a set of Media Objects, which can be used in different contexts (e.g. ILIAS Learning Module, Test, Repository/Course Page Content). It should be possible to reuse a video file stored as a Media Object in a Media Pool as a video source for an Interactive Video, so that you do not have to upload the video file twice.
