Not-Appointed Task «Blog Post Draft»

1 Initial Problem

All Blog Postings are created as 'unplublished Posting' a user has to willfully publish the posting or let it sit for further work.

If a user has written a blog posting and not published it, automatically a not-appointed task for publisheing that very posting is created.

• will this task dissappear automatically when the blog post is published?
• can I remove the task without publishing the blog post, if I just like to keep it like that?

• A published Post getting withdrawl, should not be a task.

1. Who exactly gets the task presented in the task list - the user that has created the posting or all users that have added content to the posting?
2. And what's about the approval of postings? Is this feature tackling this, too? Or is there another request for this requirement. If blogs can create tasks, we should tackle this workflow, too.

JourFixe, ILIAS [jourfixe], 25 FEB 2019 : We highly appreciate this suggestion and schedule the feature for 6.0. Postings that have been withdrawn should not be listed as tasks. Only the person that created a (draft) posting should get the task to publish the posting. Please create a separate feature request for "Task to Approve Posting".
