Abandon Chat Viewer Block on Personal Desktop

1 Reasons to Abandon Feature

The Chatviewer is rarely used by anyone. There should be a proper solution for the Communication section as envisaged by the Page Layout Revision. 

The Chatviewer Side Block on the Personal Desktop should be abandonned.
