Hide chaptre if all pages are deactivated

1 Initial Problem

This request is based on the following bug report:
Deactivated chapters are visible on tree

When deactivating all pages of a chaptre, the chaptre remains visible in the tree of an ILIAS learning module. After clicking on the chapter with deactivated pages a message is shown "Sorry, but there is currently no activated content within this chapter.".

2 Conceptual Summary

Chaptres with hidden pages should be invisible for users in presentation mode.

According to Killing, Alexander [alex] in Mantis this behaviour has been fixed as a bugfix in 5.4.9.
