Mail Alert on Deletion of Inactivated Users via Cron

By now (ILIAS 5.4.x), ILIAS cannot mail-alert users whose accounts are going to be deleted according to the date of their inactivation.
2 Conceptual Summary
The „Delete inactivated user accounts“ cron-job is enhanced in the following way:
- It offers to dispatch an e-mail notification x days before deletion.
- It exceptionally dispatches e-mails to user accounts although they are inactive.

adm/cron_jobs/ (there is no specific screen id for the "Edit" view of the cron-job)
3.2 User Interface Details
The "Edit" view of the „Delete inactivated user accounts“ cron-job is enhanced by a field „Warning Mail“ that offers to dispatch an e-mail notification x days before deletion.
