Marginal Calendar for Fixed Schedule Booking Pools

1 Initial Problem

Booking a slot in the distant future a booking pool with fixed schedules requires me to click through many weeks. 
This is tideous. 

2 Conceptual Summary

A mini calendar is added to the underworld presenting the bookable slots. 
I can navigate in the mini calendar to my date.
I click on it and the main booking calendar jumps to the selected week.
