Manual Swiping Through Carousels Configurable

This page is a part of the "Gamification" complex.

1 Initial Problem

By now (v5.3.x), carousel panels can be swiped (forward and backward) manually.
This spoils the opportunity to use carousels as random generator ("Random Start" + ultra-long "Auto Animation Waiting Time"):
Users can swipe through the panels until they find one they like (e.g., containing a certain question or lot).

2 Conceptual Summary

Carousels offers an additional checkbox that controls whether carousel panels can be swiped manually.

3.2 User Interface Details

In the views "Insert Accordion" and "Properties (of an accordion)", the "Type" option "Carousel" offers an additional sub-option "Manual Swiping" as a checkbox.
