Store Answer Status Only Until Learning Progress = Completed

1 Initial Problem

By now (v5.3.x), the functionality "Restrict Forward Navigation" automatically triggers the setting "Question Behaviour = Store Answer Status".
This leads to a dilemma:
Either users can process a learning module only one time (because their answers are stored forever) or they can "trick out" a restricted number of tries by simply reloading the page.

2 Conceptual Summary

Different options for "Question Behaviour" setting:

• "Reset on Page Visit" (already implemented)
• "Store Answer Status Persistently" (already implemented)
• "Store Answer Status Only Until Learning Progress is Completed" (new!):
  This latter option makes questions store a user's answer until he/she achieves the learning progress status "Completed" in the learning module.
  This way, users can process the learning module again (and like the first time) after one successful turn.

However, the question statistics (in "Questions > Statistic") remain storing the data on successful or unsuccessful tries.
