xAPI: Statement Controller for focussed Statements

1 Initial Problem

The evaluation of xAPI statements is often made complicated by the large amount of data that is generated. Suitable filters are therefore essential. But even the timely notification when statements arrive facilitates the learning support.

2 Conceptual Summary

This feature request is not about creating a time consuming Learning Analytics service. It's about simple filter functions for statements similar to those which are also available in the Learning Locker. With the only difference being that e.g. Course administrators will not see as much information as it would be possible with the Learning Locker by turning off the filters. So it is all about 'as much information as necessary'. Additional information, e.g. that is necessary for the process, should not be displayed.
For a successful learning accompaniment, it should be possible to send a notification via e-mail, upon the arrival of certain statements.
