xAPI: Sub-profiles for various authoring systems / apps with administration extension for xAPI

1 Initial Problem

Many authoring tools used to create learning modules already support xAPI. Due to the openness of xAPI, it is not always necessary to have the same statement when determining the learning progress.

2 Conceptual Summary

The 'xAPI Learning Module Object' has to not only select a rather universal default profile, but also special profiles for a few relevant authoring environments, if necessary stating their version number. Settings about the learning progress for example, receive adjusted default settings, which should nevertheless still be overwritable.
