SOAP request should get same results as Excel Export

1 Initial Problem

If survey results are harvested by SOAP, the results are not the same as if one has used the excel export of a survey. However some users need to use the SOAP-interface to access the survey results. 

2 Conceptual Summary

The survey should offer the same results as the Excel Export of the survey results. 

• Overview: Title, Label, Question, Question Type, Users Answered, Users Skipped, Most Selected Value, Most Selected Value (Text), Nr of Selections, Median, Arithmetic Mean(Selected)
• Details: Per Question Title, Label, Question, Question Type, Users Answered, Users Skipped
• Per Participant: Last Name, First Name, Login, Working time, Survey finished, Question 1 (Question Type), Question 2 (Question Type), Question n  (Question Type), Selection / Answer
